We want to thank you and the excellent staff you have working
in the Nissan dealership section.
On the day we attended the Nissan dealership at Parramatta,
we met Mitchell Merry. Mitchell was very helpful, friendly,
and answered any questions we had. He has an excellent product
knowledge and exceptional sales manner. We were not pressured
and felt comfortable in discussing decisions in front of him.
Hwe was more than helpful in all areas of the sale. When it
came time to negotiate a price, Mitchell worked had and came
up with a mutually satifactory deal.
Even after the contract was signed, Mitchell's after sale
customer service was nothing less htan amazing. We have never
experienced this level of sercive, ever! Mitchell returned
phone calls, worked towards resolving problems we had with
our old Patrol and was understanding to the circumstances
that we were presented with.
Bobi also showed exemplary customer service especially in
the area of following up serveral important matters for us
with Nissan Australia. Bobi had no benefit in doing this for
us and managed to get us a very good result. This again added
to our fantastic experience, in the purchase of our new Patrol.
It's been a pleasant experience dealing with Nissan Parramatta.
The staff offer exceptional customer service, and it is good
to see that not all car dealerships are the same. We will
insist on referring friends and family to the Nissan dealership
at Parramatta.
We look forward to our next purchase, and a continued relationship
via your service department.

We had the privilege of purchasing a Mitsubishi Outlander
and there are two people that we would like to thank.
Anthony (Attalah) was the first person we came into contact
with. He was professional and down to earth and gave us all
the information we needed to know. Even after mentioning that
we had to look at another car, we did not feel over pressured
(in your face) into the purchase.
We would like to thank both sales reps for making everything
so easy and have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone
else.

I wish to bring to your attention the excellent service offered
by one of your vehicle service officers, Mr Roger Camilleri.
I have known Mr. Camilleri since 2001 when we purchased our
PT Cruiser and throughout this time I have found Roger to
be, polite, courteous and always very helpful to all our service
needs......
Please express my sincere thanks to Mr Camilleri for his
continued support and efficiency.
Hopefully Mr. Camilleri will reamin with our
organisation for many years to come.

I would like to express my thanks for your outmost professionalism
and quality of service during my purchase of a new Mitsubishi
Lancer this month. Always I was a bit reluctant and anxious
when it came in buying a car but, the experience I had with
you, was one of the greatest and most pleasant I have ever
had.

I have been struggling for the last month to find some parts
for my son's Jeep, I have tried so many companies and it was
very stressful that no one could help me, so i managed to
get hold of your company Lincorp Automotive.
I rang your company and started to talk to a man named Ajay.
Ajay took down all the part names i required, started to shop
around for me and found
the best affordale deal. He was so helpful and polite and
got the parts for
me under ten days.
I want to thank your company for having a very devoted worker,
extremely helpful and very polite, and i want to show my appreciation
by writing this email.
I would recommend your company and sales person Ajay to anyone,

I was "extremely happy" with Parramatta Nissan
(service department). Nathan is absolutely fantastic, so was
the girl behind the desk, as was the driver of the courtesy
car and the car is running like a dream! No issues whatsoever

I could not be happier with this customer service. The staff
were all wonderful, everything was impeccable even the staff
in the tea room. When the car is out of warranty I will still

I would like to take this opportunity to thank Tony Zarpas
for his professionalism and excellent customer service.
Our department received a new Hyundai Sonata end of October,
personally delivered by Tony. Before he left, he ensured we
were well informed about all the specifications this car has
to offer. I have to admit, not only, is this car the smoothest
ride, but knowing all the gadgets it has to offer, it makes
the journery every time so much more special.

"I would like to take this opportunity to thank one
of you Parramatta Mitsubishi staff Anthony (Atallah) for all
his help with our purchase of a new Mitsubishi Colt.
From the moment we met Anthony on Sunday 14th October, he
went through every possible detail and it's refreshing to
come accross someone with such enthusiasm for a change. We
have been looking for cars at a number of dealers for some
time now and Anthony's service was second to none.
Whilst a Colt is not really a big ticket item, Anthony was

"I would like to express my appreciation
for the friendly help extended to me by your staff especially
Pat (Goldthorpe) the receptionist, Nick (Smith) the Sales
Manager and Anthony (Atallah), the salesman.
Nick was very helpful on the phone and immediately
understood what i was looking for - he put together a package
with the Triton Club Cab that I had to follow up.
When I arrived at the showroom, Pat mad me most
welcome with a cup of tea, while I waited for Nick, who was
at a meeting. Anthony, as soon as he had finished with his
previous customer, came over and inquired if I needed assistance.
He then went over the vehicle with me, and most
enthusiastically pointed out its features and the value of
the deal. He went to the extra trouble to ring the Parts people
to check on the options already fitted to the vehicle, and
to ring Nick several times to ensure that all was as I understood
it. We proceeded with the paperwork in a friendly and efficient
manner, so that by the time Nick returned, everything was
pretty much "signed and sealed". Joy (Maddocks)
and Darren (DiMarco) completed the paperwork with me in a
very pleasing way.
All in all a good experience, which I will be
happy to tell my friends and colleagues about."

"This is just a short note to say thank you for the
customer service that we received when I impulsively bought
a car last week. What makes the service exceptional was that
I wasn't looking to upgrade until next year, and was out car
shopping for my parents.
Anthony Atallah was the sales consultant we dealt with. He
was helpful (without being pushy), honest and a very good
salesman. What makes Anthony a good salesman in my opinion,
was that I always intended to trde my Corolla for another
Corolla, I had no intentions of ever buying a Mitsubishi again
after a bad experience years ago when I owned a Sigma that
rusted, yet here I am a week later ready to pick up my new
Lancer.
I have spent the week doing research checking all the detials
and minor print on my contract in relation to my new purchase
and found that everything that I had been told was accurate.
I will definitely be recommending Parramatta Mitsubishi and
especially Anthony to anyone looking to purchase a new car
